What unique programs are available to home buyers?
We offer 3 special home search programs - the Custom, the Do-It-Yourself, and the Dream Home. If you like, you can conduct a property search yourself. We have an online mortgage calculator which will give you a quick idea of monthly payment information. We provide a special set of benefits reserved for our home buyer clients only. Costs a lot, doesn't it?
NO. Buyers do not pay us a dime, and sellers pay industry standard commissions. In fact, we can offer discounts to home sellers who also use our services to buy a new home.
Setting up an efficient, one-stop operation such as the one we have takes work initially, but once relationships are in place, there is no added cost to maintain the structure. Why would we even think about charging a premium? Our business model relies on a steady stream of referrals from a growing base of very satisfied clients. Keeping our clients' costs down is an important part of the model.
If I request your services, am I under any obligation?
ZERO. Even if you are a seller and you sign a listing agreement with us, you can cancel it at any time if you feel we aren't meeting your needs. This is part of our no-nonsense, total-satisfaction policy.
