Heck of a Do-It-Yourself Home Search
This approach is designed for people who have both the time and inclination to take a more active role in their home search. You want to search the Internet yourself, then drive by the homes to view the exterior and the neighborhood. You don’t want a Realtor to accompany you at these times. We understand these considerations and have designed a special program for you.
Follow these easy steps:
- Search for properties.
- Write down the MLS numbers (or property id numbers, if the MLS numbers are not available) of the homes that interest you.
- Send us the MLS (and/or property id) numbers on our Address Request Form.
- We e-mail the addresses to you. You drive by the homes.
- You contact us and let us know which homes you like - we open them for your private viewing.
