This is our favorite event - there's nothing more fun than happy homeowners showing off their new home to friends and family, or more rewarding than saying an appropriate goodbye to the old neighborhood. We’ll cater the event for you, plus provide non-alcoholic beverages. You pick the type of party you want - a Saturday night bash, a Sunday barbeque, an afternoon tea… it’s your opportunity to get creative and have some fun!
Free Home Market Analysis Every Year
We do this on the anniversary of your home sale or purchase, if you continue to reside in the Greater Seattle area. Many homeowners use this as an opportunity to determine how much home equity they have for the purpose of trying to have their PMI (private mortgage insurance) removed or to see how much they would qualify for on a home equity loan. You may even have home improvements which could significantly increase the value of your home.
Free “Just Moved” Postcards
Another fun item we love - we will take a picture of you in front of your new home and make postcards that you can send to your family and friends. To make the move even easier for you, at your option we will also address and mail the cards for you (for free, of course!).
Free Fax Services
Do you need to send or receive a private fax? You may always send and receive faxes from our office.
Garage Sale Help
You will probably want to clear out all that “stuff” you never use anymore. We’ll provide you with large signs and a big supply of price stickers. And we’ll hold an open house during the garage sale to attract more buyers. We will even sponsor a “block” garage sale to attract more people to your street.
