Our Effective Approach Gets Homes Sold!
One of our recent successes: listing a home on a Tuesday, receiving a spectacular offer on Sunday, which was accepted by the seller on Monday - 6 days after the listing! While this will not be the time frame for all the homes we sell, we do everything in our power to help ensure that your home is sold as quickly as possible, for top dollar, while making sure that your special requests and scheduling considerations are always honored.

Lisa Szilassy (our Lead Realtor) will design a customized marketing plan for the sale of your home, since different personal circumstances, neighborhoods, and home characteristics may warrant different approaches.

Your Neighborhood And Beyond
We make sure anybody who lives in your neighborhood - or drives through it - will know your home is for sale and have immediate access to information. Also, we ensure your home is in print where it counts. What we do:

  • Position a prominent Preview Properties® yard sign with Lisa Szilassy's personal cell phone number on it. (Many brokers require the office phone to be used on the sign. This means agents who may have never seen your home will be answering questions about it. These agents are more concerned about picking up new buyers than selling your home.)
  • Have our graphic designer prepare a professional, full-color flyer for distribution at the yard sign, at special events, and elsewhere. (View a sample.)
  • Send a full-color photo and description of your home to a minimum of 50 of your neighbors, asking if they know of anyone who might be interested in your home and neighborhood.
  • Hold an open house every other Sunday - or more depending on what you prefer - until your home sells.
  • Put your home on the Preview Properties® “hot-buy” list.
Agents and Brokers
Every broker in the Pacific Northwest will have access to information about your home. Local agents will know the inside of your home. Here's how:
  • We list your home on the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (accessed by some 15,000 members).
  • We hold a Broker’s open house for agents in the area. Lisa sends invitations to 800+ area agents and serves a homemade hot lunch!
